How do you build trust as a new supplier?

Do you accept trial or small orders?
Yes. In fact, trial orders are how most of our long-term partnerships begin. For any trial order, you can expect: a confirmed spec brief, pre-shipment samples for approval, QC photos before shipment, and the same documented process as any full-scale order — just scaled to your order size.
What markets do you support?
We are familiar with the documentation, labeling, and quality requirements for major markets including North America, Europe, and Australia. If your market has specific certifications or standards, we'll address them from the sourcing brief stage.
What happens if something goes wrong with an order?
